Our story
Convertly Sheets was born from a simple observation: most online Excel tools are either paid from the very first action, overrun with ads, or require you to send your spreadsheets to foreign servers with no guarantee whatsoever about how they are handled. We wanted to build an honest, technically sound alternative that respects the user.
Today, more than 20 Excel tools — edit, merge, split, convert, protect, optimize, add sheets or tables, manage tabs — are available for free and run directly in your browser, on any device.

Our security commitment
Your spreadsheets are sensitive: financial data, customer lists, budgets, professional reports. That is why nearly all of our processing happens client-side, in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
When server-side processing is strictly necessary (for example, to password-protect an Excel workbook), files are transmitted in encrypted form, processed in memory, and deleted immediately after the operation. No file is kept, archived, or analyzed.
